Seven industries, one platform underneath
- 01
Smart Buildings and Campuses
Every building system, one operations layer
Campuses, estates and towers run building management, HVAC, energy, maintenance and security as separate systems. S!aP puts them in one live model, and S!a, its agentic layer, lets operators ask in plain language and act on what it finds.
- BMS, HVAC, EMS, CMMS and security in one model
- CCTV, intrusion detection and access control on one screen
- On-premises, inside the owner's own network

Explore smart buildings - 02
Smart Transport and Infrastructure
Command layers for airports, rail and mobility
Airports, rail and mobility networks depend on many operators and systems moving in step. S!aP gives them a command layer that sees the whole operation, and S!a can converse with operators and act for them.
- Terminal and airfield operations on one platform
- Conversational and autonomous operations with S!a
- Command layers for rail and urban mobility

Smart Cities
City-scale command and control
A city runs traffic, utilities, public safety and waste on platforms that do not talk to each other. S!aP integrates the agencies and their data, so one command centre can see the city and coordinate a response.
- Multi-agency integration and dispatch
- Traffic, surveillance, waste, water quality and grievances
- State-level benchmarking across cities

Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing
Plants that see failures coming
Plants and industrial parks keep their data in SCADA, DCS and IT systems that rarely meet. S!aP joins operational and information technology, so teams see failures coming and can test a change on a digital twin first.
- SCADA and DCS enablement with industrial analytics
- Predictive maintenance and digital twins
- Digital manufacturing and supply chain monitoring
Reference Dangote Oil Refinery, Nigeria, delivered with AVEVA
Explore industry 4.0 - 05
Energy, Utilities and Critical Infrastructure
An operator assistant for the grid you already run
Utilities and critical infrastructure operators already run capable systems. S!aP adds an operator-assistant layer over them, on premises, so operators get recommendations from live data without replacing what works.
- An on-premises operator assistant over utility operations
- AI-driven plant optimisation with SCADA integration
- Energy optimisation across the estate

Data Centers
Fewer outages, lower energy spend
Captive and hyperscale data centres need fewer outages and lower energy spend. S!aP is one operations and efficiency layer over monitoring, analytics and vendors, and S!aP is validated on Intel Xeon 6.
- Predictive monitoring across the facility
- Health and KPI dashboards
- Vendor tracking in the same view
Reference ICICI Bank data centres, India

Defence and Protected Markets
Mission-critical command for protected sites
Protected sites need command that holds up under pressure and stays inside the boundary. S!aP supplies mission-critical command, digital twins and design validation for defence and other protected markets.

Building cities that think, respond and evolve
The challenges cities face
- 01
Fragmented operations and data silos
Isolated municipal subsystems (traffic, water, safety, ICT) prevent centralised governance and real-time citywide visibility.
- 02
Reactive management and service disruptions
Missing real-time KPIs force city administrators into reactive maintenance, lowering public service reliability.
- 03
Inability to scale and optimise resources
The lack of an integrated framework impairs resource optimisation and limits the city's capacity for sustainable expansion.
What S!aP runs for a city
One command centre
Cross-departmental operations (municipal ICT, emergency response, civic services) on a single Integrated Command and Control Centre.
Mobility
AI-driven adaptive traffic signals and real-time GPS transit tracking.
Waste and water
Solid waste tracking and continuous water quality monitoring for better distribution of resources.
Public safety
Multi-agency surveillance systems connected to improve incident response times.
KPI dashboards
Standard KPI dashboards that break down departmental data silos and improve citizen grievance resolution.
Planning
Digital architectures, Detailed Project Reports and master plans for scalable urban growth.

Follow Astrikos on LinkedInFrom Reactive to Prescriptive: Turning City Command Centers into Decision Engines

Most city command centres are built to react: a wall of feeds, a team of operators, and a dispatch routine that starts once something has already gone wrong. The next generation is built to understand the city well enough to act before a small issue becomes a citywide one.
The limits of the reactive model
The classic loop is simple. A sensor or a citizen reports an incident, an operator reviews it, and a response goes out. It works, but four weaknesses show up every day.
- Alert fatigue. Hundreds of feeds compete for a few people's attention, so urgent signals get lost in routine noise.
- No triage. A minor traffic disruption and a developing safety incident reach the same queue with equal weight.
- Siloed data. Traffic, utilities, public safety and emergency services run on separate platforms, so patterns that cross them stay invisible.
- Response, not prevention. By the time an incident is confirmed and dispatched, the window to stop it escalating has often closed.
What prescriptive means for a command centre
It is not more dashboards. It changes the unit of work from reviewing an alert to knowing what is happening, what it is likely to become, and what to do about it.
- Correlated situational awareness. One operating picture shows that a power fluctuation, a traffic slowdown and a spike in emergency calls in the same district are connected.
- Automatic prioritisation. Signals are ranked by severity and trajectory, so a developing situation rises to the top of the queue.
- A recommended response. The system proposes which resource to dispatch, which route to clear and which agency to notify, and the operator makes the call.
- Patterns across time. An intersection that floods past a rainfall threshold, or an asset that shows early signs of failure, is flagged before it happens again.

Why it matters for cities now
Most municipal systems are not failing outright. Legacy SCADA, older maintenance platforms and alarm systems have reached an architectural ceiling: rule-based tools cannot correlate variables across departments, however much data they are fed.
That is why modernisation is increasingly an augmentation project, not a rebuild. Asset registers, work order systems and procurement integrations stay in place, and a decision layer is added on top.
What changes for citizens
Faster resolution, fewer crews sent to false or low-priority alerts, and problems fixed before they make the evening news. A centre that can say this pattern usually precedes a water main failure, here is the zone and here is the crew to send, has a different relationship with its city: proactive instead of apologetic.
The path forward
Cities do not have to choose between what they have and what they need. Layer decision intelligence over what is deployed, prove it on a defined set of assets or districts, and expand from there. The cities moving fastest treat their command centre as a decision engine, not a monitoring wall.

The challenge
Central Vista is a 3.2 kilometre stretch of New Delhi that holds Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, North and South Block, India Gate and the National Archives.
The Central Vista project builds a new Parliament and central government offices across the estate. The Government of India selected Astrikos as a specialised agency, partnering L&T as the EPC contractor, to implement an AI-driven integrated command and control centre for the whole estate.
The objectives: safety, security, visitor management, utility and resource management, with predictive analytics, maintenance and sustainability built in.
